A Study On The Impact Of Mindfulness On Well-Being

Abstract
Within the past decade, there has been an increased interest in mindfulness as a psychological construct and as a form of clinical intervention. In this qualitative research has been done which explores the impact of mindfulness on well-being, focusing on how individuals perceive and experience mindfulness as a tool for enhancing mental, emotional, and physical health. Drawing on in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, the study examines participants' subjective experiences and perceptions, uncovering the transformative effects of mindfulness on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall life satisfaction. Findings suggest that mindfulness practices, including meditation, mindful breathing, and body scanning, play a significant role in fostering self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of life satisfaction.
